It is our belief, that when it comes to mentoring, it is not a case of “one size fits all”.  In fact, far from it.  People are at different places in their property investment career, and at different levels in their thinking and personal development.  Therefore, you need a bespoke programme that works with you as an individual, based on your personal circumstances, level of knowledge, and property goals.  Where most other companies offer a generic programme, we offer a “Menu” of mentoring services that you can “pick and mix” from to create something bespoke to you.  This has the added advantage that you do not pay huge fees up front, but can “pay as you grow”.

Brief biography:  Vanessa is a former TV Producer/Director who put in such long hours in her TV work that it started having a negative impact on her health.  That, coupled with meeting her husband, Nick Tadd, in 2003, prompted Vanessa to find a way to get out of the “rat race”.  She had always had an interest in property, so it was a natural choice to get involved.  She started with one property, her two bed flat in North London which she still owns to this day.  (It’s now rented out with nice positive cash-flow!).  Vanessa is a tenacious sourcer of property deals, and is also very hot on mortgages and finance.

She sings from the hymn sheet of low money down and cash-flow.  Vanessa is known for her drive and commitment to all things property and has already mentored several people into fantastic portfolios.

Yvonne Alston

Based in Manchester.
Property investor with 5 years experience.
Portfolio:  currently in excess of £5 million (over 25 properties).
Investments:  U.K., Cyprus, Florida, Spain.

Brief biography:  Yvonne is a former Police Officer who was pensioned out of the Police following a serious road traffic accident in 2001.  Being a single mum with a teenage son, she realized that she had to do something drastic to secure her financial future. In 2003 she attended a property investment seminar where she met other like-minded people, ordinary people with whom she could idenitify with, but who were having success at property investment. She quickly realised that if she were to succeed, that it was essential that she networked with similar people.

This was especially important as her friends and family just did not, and still to this day, do not understand what she was doing, and were not supportive. However, Yvonne believed in what she was doing and actively sought being mentored by people who were operating at a higher level.

Over the past five and a half years, Yvonne has been on a journey of self-development and has invested heavily in her own education.  She was in fact Vanessa’s mentor!.  Yvonne has proved, that against all the odds, you can succeed if you are committed to your own success.  Her son, Daniel, is now at University and is living in one of Yvonne’s properties, with other students contributing to the mortgage.  Yvonne readily admits that she has made many mistakes along the way, and has learned the hard way.  She is now committed to sharing her knowledge with others to support them in achieving success and to help them avoid the pitfalls.  Yvonne believes that cash-flow is king in property and she has developed a varied and diverse portfolio with U.K. and international investments.

Both Vanessa and Yvonne have a special interest in mentoring women, as they both strongly believe that all women should have financial independence – regardless of their relationship status.  Even married women need to have financial independence from their husbands.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All mentoring is bespoke and individual as determined by you in consultation with your chosen Mentor.  You will be required to do a fact find and also have a 10 minute introductory phone session for your Mentor to determine your level of knowledge and how to direct you.
2. Fact find must be returned no later than 24 hours before first appointment.
3. The mentoring is for the named person only.
4. You ideally should be registered with Skype for phone mentoring sessions.
5. Payment is up front and in full for each session.
6. Appointment cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment otherwise you may be charged the full session rate.
7. Telephone mentoring:  you agree to phone at the agreed time.  If it is more than 10 minutes late, it will continue at the discretion of the mentor.
8. For face to face and on-site mentoring, the mentor’s expenses (mileage etc) will be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
9. Should your mentor be indisposed or unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled asap at no expense to you.
10. You agree to undertake all tasks and homework in the timeframe set by the mentor.

Please note:  The mentor is not going to do the work for you!
