Ward Homes Holiday Lets Workshop - Camber Sands .... (10:30AM - 11:59PM)

Join Vanessa and Nick and Ward Homes for a workshop dedicated to purchasing and running a successful holiday let!

The event is free to attend and takes place at the award-winning WhiteSand development at Camber Sands, adjacent to the stunning Camber Sands beach, recently voted one of the top ten in the U.K. by "Coast" magazine.

Using their holiday let "SeaBreeze" as a case study, Vanessa and Nick will be advising how to acquire a holiday let, manage it, and market it to achieve higher occupancy.

Also in attendance will be a holiday lettings company, a furnishing company, and a mortgage broker to advise you on all aspects of buying a holiday let.

There are two presentations:

11.00 am and

3.00 pm.

Drinks and canapes will be served. There will be plenty of time to get your questions answered, view the show homes, and there will also be special offers on the day to have first pick of a new release of properties.
