This massive 1800 sq. foot four bedroom town house is one of the jewels in our portfolio. One of our clients purchased two of them, he liked them so much and saw the potential. We chose to single occupancy our house, although our client runs them as multi-lets and achieves in excess of £2K per month rental. We were able to structure these deals as "no money down" in November 2007, so did not have to pay a deposit or stamp duty. We wish we had purchased two too as the cash-flow off this house is amazing, even on single occupancy.
