Following many months of research, we have concluded that Southern Cyprus is the only viable property investment at present. Due to low property prices, you can invest for as little as £6K. Meanwhile, 30% capital growth is happening as we speak, plus you get fantastic cash-flow from holiday lets. However, the icing on the cake is that you have multiple exit strategies in Cyprus, which cannot be said of Eastern Europe, Dubai, Cape Verde, Montenegro etc. It's all very well making all this money, but what's the point if you can't realise it via viable exit strategies.
